Parental Engagement
The impact that parents have on their child’s education is highly positive. Research has shown that displaying an interest in the day to day education of children, as well as actively supporting them with their homework increases the attainment of children and youths in school.
In this section of the website you can access leaflets produced by the government to help understand how to support your children with their education.
You can order the parent and education packs from www.direct.gov.uk website. They are free and provide excellent information regarding homework, school and understanding teenagers.
