Redbridge Alumni

"They often say that your school days are the best days of your life, they also say that when you are born, your parents will invest their time, effort and skills into your well being and development. And then at age 5 you begin school for the next 11 years. Schools play a big part in your development of your social attitudes and your academic achievement. I am often struck by the number of students who leave Redbridge then go on to achieve incredible things, and live the lives they have dreamt of and how they wish to come back and tell us of their wonderful achievements, no matter how big or small. The Alumni is your opportunity to reconnect and tell us about your achievements and successes that go beyond academic study. We want to use your examples to motivate further our students in school and of course, we want to see how well you are doing. Therefore, can I ask that you connect and share the wealth of your life experiences to date and for the future."

CALLING ALL FORMER STUDENTS

If you’re a former student of Redbridge Community School, we want to hear from you!

Your experiences since leaving could help to motivate and inspire our current students to feel more confident in making decisions about their future. We’d love you to join our alumni network and stay connected with the school.

We’ve partnered with the national education charity Future First, who specialise in helping schools like ours to stay connected with their former students.

You can choose how and when you help – perhaps you can act as a career and education role model, provide work experience, become a mentor in person or online, or help with donations, fundraising or even apply to become a governor.

It doesn’t matter when you left us, whether you’re in further education or employment, whether you still live nearby or have moved further away, there are still ways you can help.

"Not many people can say that they loved their school years, but I can! Looking back on my time as a pupil at Redbridge brings back fond memories. I loved being part of after school activities, such as drama, basketball and IT. Of course, secondary school isn’t always easy but with the support of many teachers I feel like I was able to achieve my dreams!"

In order to sign up, just follow this link and fill in the online form – we promise it will only take a couple of minutes.
