Yesterday, over 60 students dedicated their weekend to preparing and practising for the upcoming Saturday Dance Live rehearsal session. With just one month to go until the main event, students gave up their Saturday to rehearse – a true reflection of their commitment, passion, and enthusiasm for dance 💃🕺
The energy in school was incredible as students worked tirelessly on choreography, formations, and performance details. Their focus, teamwork, and determination have been outstanding, and it has been inspiring to see their confidence and performance skills grow with every rehearsal. The hard work being put in by all involved is truly paying off, and it is exciting to see the performance coming together so well 🌟👏
Dance Live is a large-scale dance competition that brings together secondary schools from across London to perform professionally choreographed routines on a theatre stage. Students experience the excitement of performing in a real performance venue, complete with lighting, sound, costumes, and screen content. Dance Live offers young people a unique opportunity to showcase their talent, build confidence, develop teamwork, and be part of a high-quality performing arts experience.
