Mardi Gras – Happy Pancake Day!

The Mardi Gras (Fat Tuesday) season is upon us and it is really big in France. Originally a Catholic event, French people now take advantage of that day to eat crêpes, and French towns have carnival parades across the country. This year, all the Year 9 students who have picked French as an option will be celebrating too by making carnival masks and pancakes – which they will be able to eat during the session.

Happy Pancake Day everyone!
