🎉 Introducing iPLAY for Year 9 – The Best 4 Hours Every Fortnight! 🎉
We’re excited to launch iPLAY for our Year 9 students – an inspiring new way to learn through imagination, creativity and games. Every fortnight, pupils will enjoy four hours of hands-on, game-based learning designed to spark curiosity, build confidence, and make lessons truly unforgettable.
✨ Why Play Matters
As students move through school, play can often be overshadowed by academic demands. Yet play is a powerful part of learning – it fosters exploration, problem-solving and resilience. Through play, students can experiment, take risks, and learn from mistakes—essential skills for both education and life beyond the classroom.
In Year 9, as pupils begin preparing for GCSEs, weaving in playful, exploratory activities within structured lessons is more important than ever. Play nurtures curiosity, adaptability and creative thinking, giving students a deeper understanding of subjects and real-world challenges. Whether through practical experiments, strategic thinking or hands-on projects, iPLAY helps sharpen independence and critical thinking while boosting engagement, attendance and progress.
